Welcome to Old Beechwold

A Historic Neighborhood

Old Beechwold was established in the early 1900s with a focus on nature, family and neighbors. Our community includes 137 homes, a beautiful ravine, river, flora and fauna and every variety of tree imaginable.

On this website you can learn about our history and about living in this lovely community. In addition there is a link to the City of Columbus’ Historic Preservation Office, news about Old Beechwold, and contact information for Old Beechwold Association officers.

We hope you enjoy learning a bit more about us.

If you are one of our Old Beechwold neighbors, there is a password protected page that includes information about the Old Beechwold Association, agendas, minutes, bylaws, how to get involved, more information on Historic District approvals for property improvements, recommendations for services and information about upcoming meetings and events.

If you are new to our neighborhood, welcome, and we hope you find this information helpful.

Our next Old Beechwold Association meeting is January 28, 2025 in keeping in compliance with state gathering regulations. Updates and reports will be emailed to residents via the OBA Google Group list.
